Mario came out to do a furnace tune-up and check my humidifier. Mario did a wonderful job. He spoke to me about my carbon monoxide detectors and where they should be. I want to let you know that i felt very comfortable with the service provided at my home. the service tech told me of the issues with my furnace in easy to understand terms and did not try to push me to do anything i didnt want to do. he even gave me an opportunity to save money on filters that i have been paying $50 for at the hardware store, by buying them direct from your company. Great experience!!

First of all, we use family heating and cooling / electrical for all our needs. Every experience has been very positive. They are polite and professional. I would like to pay a specific compliment to JOHN #484. He came to install a ball valve...that turned in to him having to do a series of repairs. He was patient, professional, informative and kind. I starting writing a comment about Mario who is the gentleman that came to help me yesterday. Somehow, I lost the page but I have to tell you that Mario was so knowledgeable and such a nice person as he totally checked my furnace and cleaned it. He also installed a new thermostat for me. I would love to have Mario come back again. I have to say though that all of your employees are great. I am very satisfied with Family Heating and Cooling.
